Kristina Crabbe

Is an experienced People and Culture Director and trusted advisor. She has worked in and with organisations for over 20 years, an accomplished culture practitioner, developing individuals and teams, partnering with business leaders and building organisation-wide initiatives. A coach, mentor, coach supervisor and culture practitioner.

She is currently conducting doctoral research at Oxford Brookes University to develop a tool to measure the effectiveness of coach supervision on workplace coaches. She has a Master’s degree in Coaching and Behavioural change from Henley Business school and is an accredited in Coach Supervisor and a qualified assessor using psychometrics.
